Glad somebody asked this. I am from a developing country too. IT is actually a good field, imo. Especially, coding. You can teach yourself coding, there are plenty of resources out there.

I am interested in literature too. If we have that stroke of luck, we can succeed in the arts field, but it isn't a stable prospect either. However, I prefer a writing job. That is, if I ever find one.

I am at a loss for other options. I hope other women add on important pointers.

Would anything medical be an option?

That will offer you good travel opportunities pretty much anywhere and hospitals have their own communities, it seems pretty easy to make friends with the long shifts and you have a position in the community just from doing that kind of work.

You don't even have to do patient facing stuff there's also pharmacy and lab work.

If also say that in the West life is not at all hard for childless elderly women.

I second medicine. It's a growing field in first world countries with the aging population and constant technology advancement. Lots of well paying jobs. I'm not familiar enough with the field to give any specific tips but some kind of research/lab work? Lab tech? Pharmacology? Medical jobs usually also have more women working there than IT, so probably less sexism. Look at study programs in first world country if you can. Getting a well-paying job is important so you can have savings when you retire, because even in countries that have good pensions and welfare those may not exist by the time you retire.
