It is possible to breed for super muscular bulls with big dicks or super meaty cows for meat... so how is it not possible to breed for loyalty in women or breed for machiavallian traits in men and big dicks or more muscle in men?

no no no this is classical juxtaposition. all those traits are postnatal.

This is through breeding. This is not undirected nature. This is culture/human breeding directed evolution.

You can definitely breed for musculature, intelligence, dick size, boob size, ass size, etc.
