Why is prostitution banned but the president can openly solicit prostitutes and not go to jail?

It would all go back to the often used phrase of "no one is above the law" except for those who are. Those who are quite above ANY law know perfectly well who they are as they have layers and levels of firewall protection and they damn well know that.

People who have the upper hand with getting away with what they want because they see themselves as above the law are useally people who are so rich that they think they can buy they’re way out of any amount of trouble they get in to that’s why they don’t go to jail after going to court. For those who buy they’re way out of trouble all the time going to court is just another case of buying their way out of trouble
