Why do conservatives pretend to support "free speech" until someone burns an American flag, supports Hamas, calls for the killing of Jews or advocates legalizing pedophilia, after which they turn into the most psychotic pro-censorship freaks on earth?

No; I'm actually considered to be on the more libertarian side of the compass. However, are you justifying legalising paedophilia? Are you justifying scum that are attracted to prepubescent children?

It's hard to see what he's saying with the run-on sentence, but it sounds like hyperbole intended to denounce it with a razor-political edge. And if it's trolling? Probably to some extent. Nobody talks like that without looking for a fight.
