Put the NSFW part in a spoiler?
But can we acknowledge how bizarre the term "not safe for work" is? Alcohol consumption is not safe for work around machinery and driving. Words or pictures on the internet are not unsafe for any kind of work I've ever heard of.
Just say what it is. "Sexual Content", "Blood/Gore/Death", or "Leftism". NSFW is some kind of cryptic allusion to a workplace from hell filled with Karens and liberal SJWs. Why would you even be there?

It's merely a common term that fits a wide spectrum of potential concerns. (Naturally, anyone on the internet is already in a place that isn't necessarily "safe for work", nsfw, nsfl, nsfh, &c flair is nonetheless helpful for those trying their best not to accidentally select a repulsive image, such as a public sculpture of Trump, which promped the request for an NSFW flair on a comment that could not be applied; hence the present request.)
