There's a reason that international law includes the express right of occupied people to fight the occupiers.

That's not what happened. A terrorist group, who does NOT speak for Palestinians but rather for Iran, (who definitely has a vested interest in fucking with Israel), attacked a sovereign nation like the pussies they are. I'm not defending Israel, but there's a better way to go about bringing change than just shooting rockets at people. I don't condone what's going to happen in Gaza, but I certainly understand it.
