It's still kind of uncanny valley, the mouth movements don't seem right.

I think I can fix that if I had the time and money. I think it has to do with the way cameras capture reality. They are not perfect and create an asthetic that we have come to recognize as reality. So a perfect recreation that is not captured through a lense will always look off. Easy fix. If only I had the funding to work on it.
