I joined about a year ago and found it was great at first. It's a good way to swap simple strategies with other people with ADHD. I've implemented a lot from what I've learned from others and it has helped me so much.
My only issue is the constant self-victimisation. I don't find it helpful. We already suck at motivating ourselves because we lack dopamine, telling ourselves we can't do shit because of some external societal factor isn't going go improve anything.
