Granted, though the edges are fuzzy, ethnicity is indeed real (even if many have been brainwashed into denying it), but as far as laws are concerned, everyone must be treated equally, regardless of ethnicity:

Should e.g. the USA have different laws for ethnic Americans, ethnic Europeans, ethnic Asians, ethnic Africans, ethnic-Middle-Easterners, etc., depending on the ratio of which blood each person has?

Should there also be different laws for Orthodox Christians, Catholics, Protestants, Hindus, Hebrews, Muslim, etc?

Perhaps you only consider First Nation ethnic-Americans (Navaho, Chickasaw, Comanche, Delaware, Iroquois, etc.) to be actual 'real Americans'.

Nonetheless, if you were born and raised in the USA, and even fought for their military, must you not be considered 'American', even if you have European, Asian, African or some other foreign blood in your veins?

It does seem, does it not, that it's unjustifiable for a state to make ethnic/racial and/or religious distinctions in its laws, and, more importantly, it seems ... unjust.

Having a large collection of IP addresses in many ranges or having the capability to inject arbitrary traffic into networks (based on your "spoof any IP address") is very much not the same.

If you kept statistics of the IP addresses, you could send those to whatever government you have and if you could show that the networks themselves have been compromised, that would be a matter of national security.

If (D)DoS is a problem, you should perhaps just not host it on the WWW in the first place. The WWW is designed for a friendly academic environment, not for the hybrid warfare environment in which you are. If you want to stay on the WWW, you would have to throw just about every technique in existence at it, like Facebook does, but it's probably more expensive than you can handle.
