Lol, well. I seen enough of these as well. Its always China. But i think its because they have the most street CCT cameras than anywhere in the world from what i know. So they are able to catch lots of accidents on camera. Also their ridiculous population. Most mainlanders also are not really the brightest people. I seen accidents with some gook mom and 3 of her kids on a moped pull out into traffic without a care and get absolutely smoked by a car.

I have seen this video before, if you look close enough, their actually kids doing the beating.. Sad and scary. But then again i believe this is from South America somewhere..
