If they were very knowledgeable or passionate about something I was interested in...maybe. I just can't accept the core premise though, of being irredeemably unfuckable. It's virtually impossible to not be able to improve on one of attractions three major fields for men. Power, Wealth, Appearance.

A stupendously fat and ugly comedian is able to use humour and social clout to get laid. A wealthy bald aging businessman can use wealth to score, be it gold diggers or prostitutes. A borderline clinically retarded model gets lucky just on looks.

Many of the attitudes I've seen towards women, such as being whores or property, are incompatible with how I view the world. I could not be friends with anyone that hated half the population for something they are born as.
