No, it's pretty clear. Segregating sports by sex fails to provide access to sports for disabled women, lower class women, and women from marginalized racial groups. If you want women to have truly equal access to sports, it means ensuring access for ALL women, not just biologically and socially privileged women.

If you're sexualizing bathroom/changing room use, then that is the problem, regardless of the individual's sex or gender identity.

Let's go over an example. Let's say an individual is in the women's restroom trying to rape a woman while she uses the toilet. Is that individual's gender relevant, or is the fact that they are a rapist true regardless of gender identity?

Spaces don't need to be segregated by sex and it's not an effective way of providing equality and justice to women.
