Does anyone know the context of this video? Obviously these two individuals did something for police to be outside their hotel room with guns drawn. And although I certainly don’t condone what this officer did, it makes me wonder what the guy on the ground was doing with his right hand. Almost looked like he was reaching for something in his pocket? Idk it’s tough to see. The cops were using exceptionally excessive force. Seems like using a taser would have been adequate
