Disgusting, obviously... But I do have to laugh at the people who see an injured man flop from a crashed car and think: "We have to help him! Quick, grab him by the legs and drag him around the place. That should neatly snap back into place any shifted vertebrae!"

I noticed too. The car was not on fire. There was no reason to drag him out of it.
