Thats what my brother in law had too! He said the exact same thing about not moving. As soon as he tried to do stuff it was like he had run a marathon

Yes exactly. It was very very odd feeling. I would feel completely fine for hours sitting, and then doing literally anything would give that "I just ran a marathon" feeling. That lasted on and off for 6 months, and thankfully it went away after one dose of Ivermectin.
