Same story every time blacks take over a state or large city.

White people didn't build the pyramids.

Jews didn't build the pyramids.

Nothing has been built within the last 12,000 years that exceeds the pyramids in terms of scale, and precision.

Africans still have everyone beat by orders of magnitude.

Cute story. When I want a pyramid built I'll hire a black contractor. If I want a functioning city I'll elect a white mayor.

It wouldn't be illegal to use IQ tests for hiring if it wasn't effective. You don't need to make ineffective things illegal.
