Balvenie

This is one of my favorites. It gets some shade cause it's so likeable, like the ketchup of scotch. But it's really good so, fuck what people think about my drink choice.

Speyside, Tellamore Dew, and Glenmorangie are decent.

Wild Turkey is solid, but bourbons have been so jacked in price, why get a 4yr old bourbon at the same relative price point of a 12 or even 15yr old scotch.

You want a solid bottom shelf drink, try Evan Williams white label. It's bottled in bond, the regular label dropped their age statement but bottled in bond is required to be aged 4 years in a federal warehouse. It's a tad high on proof, but a dash of water fixes that.

A handle is $25, but it's very comparable to stuff twice its price.
