To be honest I made this sub so I can put my thoughts "on a wall" so I can see if I'm repeating myself. Going in endless loops, for example, with the whole women thing. I can spend days on that. But I already posted that...
So now it's time to post something new. To progress. This sub helps me move forward.
It helps me chart out all the self improvement I have to put in action. And also, when I do research these things, it helps significantly to write it down. Previously I would try and email my mom to show her these. But she couldn't give a flying fuck about any of this. I could email some people who I met, or contact my friends online. Tell them about all this. There comes a limit how much you can cram down somebody's throat who perhaps will never consider self improvement.
So I can "scream in the dark" about it. Post it in a sub where likely nobody will see it.
However 11 people besides me are interested (who knows how much of those are simply haters of Brent Kaskel Pussy F)
I believe in helping other men out for no reason than they're men. And I've proven this to myself. When I have no money, I give to homeless men. When I was at my wit's end a few years ago I thought my world was ending. I have no idea what's going to happen to my future. But I did approach a 350 LBS dude on the street (he was scared) I told him go on keto. Stop eating carbs. He can lose all that weight. So I planned that even if I don't have a future, that at least I impacted that guy (not that different from the scene in Fight Club, where they point the gun to the guy's head. This guy was scared of me cause I was approaching him at night. I had him nodding and agreeing with what I was saying.)
So fundamentally the single thing I care about is helping men out. I believe that if you give men the ability to then there is no limit to what they can do.

the body has to develop alongside the mind else you end up with a brute.

That's a great Idea
https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/1/18/Spider_Chart2.jpg/300px-Spider_Chart2.jpg
This multiple point chart
Bodybuilding (maxing out your physical potential, stabilizers, recovering from injuries and preventing them)
Beauty (skin care, hair)
Reversing aging
Health
Creating a level of separation from Western women
Reading books, philosophies
Meditation
Leisure (fishing)
Hobbies (gardening)
Socializing and building charisma
Finances (how to get rich)
Women are attracted to men who are the most balanced (if they get a chance to develop a relationship, not just pass them on the street). For the man's own sake it's in his interest to find what his weaknesses are and train those until they become strengths.
So if I was starting a "cult" I would draw out the various branches of a man's life
This is worth doing figuring out how balanced you are and where you have to improve upon the most
For this I would have to create a whole rating system
