According to this website it's 8 to 15 mg of zinc per 1 mg of copper. I had previously read 8 to 12

Since zinc is for testosterone, get close to max zinc daily (dont overdose - the limits are posted in the NIH link)

Then make sure your copper is falling in line with the right ratio
