A sub like this can only have been started by someone who does not speak a second (third, or fourth) language. Those of us who speak multiple languages understand what it's like, and would never think of shaming someone for their noble efforts. If you have a problem with Snow's opinions or attitudes, why not address those, rather than childishly attacking their language proficiency in a non-native tongue? You can do better, /u/basedaf1.

I heartily disagree. The user in question consistently starts fights in violation of this site’s oh so sacred “pyramid of debate” because of a clear lack understanding of the meaning intended by other users.

Whether this is because the user in question does understand and is pretending not too or doesn’t understand because of some barrier (linguistic or otherwise) has quickly become a moot point because the fact is he/she/they aren’t even TRYING to understand.

She's from hong kong, her grammar is really shit, because she made the mistake on focusing on vocabulary over grammar. Not that her vocabulary is perfect or anything. Mandaring to English is really difficult to learn. I actually straight up told her she's in a perfect position to ask questions, but she's no where near good enough at English to be giving opinions. She can't understand the subtle nuances for one, she has a whole long post about how people are inblack inhomo involuntarily whatever. Yes people are involuntarily black, however saying "I'm involuntarily black" is perfectly redundant. I think I speak for all incels when I say involuntary celibate is just a perfect phrasing. No shame like saying virgin, no self blame like saying dry spell, its just a 100 million times more catchy than forever alone.
