I'd say most of the western world believes the main stream propaganda easily. Look at Europe, and their continued love of allowing muslims to migrate in, even though it's very clear that muslims are only there to destroy Europe.

The main reason the western world believes the propaganda is the lack of education. Education centers have become the primary tool of the propagandists, they no longer teach, but brain wash.
