We have no fair and honest news anymore. Walter Cronkite was the last of the news anchors you could trust. LBJ knew he had lost the Vietnam War by listening to him on TV. LBJ didn't seek re-election as President after that news report. You can look it up. I'm sure it's on YouTube.

Off topic but I miss lbj for his graphic description of what he wanted in his new haggar slacks. He needed more room down where his nuts hang

The entire news media was controlled by the CIA back then too. You just didn't realize they were corrupt until recently.
