Curious as to why this is even a newsworthy thing. Every single day as we of USA go out and about our business we are under video camera surveillance likely to the tune of dozens or many dozens of times a day. So what if TSA wants to speed up things? What possible difference could that make to anyone and their sense of privacy? The 4th A has nothing to say that your picture cannot be used by government just about any way it wants.
