You are correct. This is what I was able to find however. It looks like it all there but if it's not please let me know so I can take it down for being incomplete data

I believe this is complete document, some pages were just half full, some were just 3 lines, so it looks smaller. I have the original file with authors metadata on it, I'll upload it somewhere tomorrow.
