Trump claims he never read "Mein Kampf," but the person who told him to say that could have. Then he says that immigrants are coming from prisons and poisoning the country. But that's not what he said. He said poisoning the blood of the country. He's clearly appealing to White supremacists. But the problem is with Biden who is doing nothing about the border crisis. Remember that Hitler came to power because the democratic Weimar Republic couldn't control inflation.

Trump is using blood figuratively to refer to the genetic composition of a country. Consequently, he is saying that nonwhite immigrants would taint the genetic composition of the US by breeding with Whites.
