They always hated grass lawns, they would call it a White attribute. So they are using illegal invaders as an excuse to ban grass lawns.

Sad but not very truthful. Illegal immigrants work most of the produce jobs that nobody else wants in California and elsewhere. Without their labor, prices for produce are going to go through the roof this year. A clever move would be to bring more of them into our country; America is the land of welcoming immigrants, legal or otherwise. And if you don't like that, you shouldn't really be living in this country whatever your legal status is.
