Here’s my rare moment of optimism for you: I don’t think we’re in for the 1000 year woke reich. Progressives went from avant garde to after school special cringe in record time, no one has lost the Mandate of Heaven this fast.

I wish I shared your optimism. In my view "progressives" have come roaring back, almost to the level where they were 100 years ago.

Millennials and 'alphas' don't even study history, let alone learn from it. And soon the next generation won't be able to.
