I love how it immediately went from health concerns about a virus to a toxic culture of hate towards anyone who even thought about making their own health decisions. Like within a few weeks. That is some strong-ass Kool-Aid they were serving.

It didn't. Grow up, ffs. Read about the history of viruses.

not really. the general public just lacks basic reasoning skills. they can’t critically think. not the hardest group to dupe

I remember when reddit use to go on about the Twilight Zone episode: "The Monsters Are Due on Maple Street" and how they would be the morally superior ones and not give into fear and mob mentality.

Then when covid hit, they literally became the monsters.

perhaps the real monsters were the friends we made along the way

That’s ok, they all have calamari clots in their veins and they’ll be dead in 3-5 years.

Those must be the ones that weren't calling for our execution...

Would you strongly favor, somewhat favor, somewhat oppose or strongly oppose a proposal to limit the spread of the coronavirus by having federal or state governments require that citizens remain confined to their homes at all times, except for emergencies, if they refuse to get a COVID-19 vaccine?

Dems - strongly or somewhat favor is indeed 59%.

Other slices that polled highly, outside of party affiliation, are the 18-39 age group, not married with kids at home, and respondents with a high opinion of Biden.

A low opinion of trump doesn't seem to strongly correlate, to my eyes.

There's a black / white split in the data. Half of black respondants were favorable, which is 31% for white respondants.

Here's the methodology

As you probably have heard about. This way of sampling is pretty garbage because it relies on people answering a house phone to an automated survey.

It's mostly the elderly, bedbound and mentally infirm.

So if they get one respondant in the 18-39 range, and fifty in the 70+ then the younger person's answers will weigh fifty times as much, with adjustments for science or policy or whatever. From the link -

After the surveys are completed, the raw data is processed through a weighting program to ensure that the sample reflects the overall population in terms of age, race, gender, political party, and other factors. The processing step is required because different segments of the population answer the phone in different ways. For example, women answer the phone more than men, older people are home more and answer more than younger people, and rural residents typically answer the phone more frequently than urban residents.

They are giving NATO control over our pandemic responses.

It's the WHO but same difference, it's an attempt at world-wide single government.

[–][deleted] 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun -  (6 children)

Right. And the world wide government is into killing people.

The "carbon" they want to reduce is you.

Of course, only global power can implement the genocide agenda thoroughly. The moment nations behave independently, some will welcome the "useless eaters" who will prefer expatriating to being exterminated.

How useless are we?

[–]Alphix 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

I use quotes because that's what they call most of us.

I can't speak for anybody else, but I discovered the exact science of mind, and then developed, codified and made a course about it. They'll probably still consider me utterly useless.

[–][deleted] 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

Yea. I’m am not sure why the government and ruling class holds so much contempt for us.

[–]Alphix 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Pure hubris, my guess.

40% of Democrats and 20% of Republicans want to send unvaccinated to camps? There might be polling issues.

Scary

This is why everybody who isn’t a Republican and a Trump supporter should be locked up.
