Yeah this sucks cock, you don't need to strictly define what's hate speech and what's not, our current system is the best example of that.

Peterstein himself says that some speech is punished by law, such as incitement to violence, so why isn't there any single arrest on people who make anti-white statements? Or why is the holocaust denial regarded as an incitement of violence in many countries?

Solution is rather simple, ignore all the quackademics, respect the right to genuine speech, imprison the people who spread poison and indecency as it is understood by the majority of people, and not vocal, tyrannical minority.

No one attacks whites though, there ain't that much anti-white hate aside from SJW's whining about white supremacy. And those SJW's are mostly white themselves. They're not gonna go around attacking other white ppl.

Whites are the most protected group despite them being the ones raping kids, running mind control schemes and trying to reset the globe.

Blacks, previously brown ppl and currently Asians are more prone to violent attacks. A higher percent of the violence on blacks and Asians come from other black ppl living in poor socioeconomic conditions, making them stupid in the head.

Our education system and media are obsessed with slandering, undercutting, demeaning and belittling white people.

They literally claim that racism against white people is not racism because "white people have power". Thus excusing all anti white hatred and racism as meaningless.

Take any story of racism and change the races and instantly people see it differently simply because everyone in our society had been brainwashed with racist beliefs about white people. It is so deeply ingrained in everyone that they can't even recognize it when it gets pointed out. That is what cradle to grave propaganda can do.

Our current system is the best example of why we do. Without a definition these rules get applied arbitrarily by those in power to suit thier agenda. It is tyranny.

The vocal minority implies a grass roots movement of political activists. That is an illusion created by (((those in power))) to deflect responsibility. The opinions of the majority don't matter. The opinions of small political groups don't matter. The pro white movement can get as loud and active as they want and they will never get hate speech laws or rules to protect white people.

The only people who decide what is considered hate speech are (((those in power))). All we can do is demand that they define the rules. That will take a tiny bit of thier power away.

The opinions of the majority don't matter.

All we can do is demand that they define the rules. That will take a tiny bit of thier power away.

If people are unorganized, then yes, their opinion indeed doesn't matter. Not necessarily will that that take away their power though, with better definitions you can stay at neutral position at best, going around definitions will always be a thing. The best thing you can do is political organization.

You need a nucleation point to organize people. Forcing (((them))) to contradict thier own definitions makes thier abuse more obvious and allows criticism, dissent, and ultimately a rallying point.
