Picking a specific day is stupid, for a number of reasons. Look at the other approval polls (listed below Biden's):

Trump was consistently hated by 60% of the country for all 4 years. G H W Bush and Truman hit lower points. Bush Jr had Mossad's help to start a war, which was approval rating teflon. Biden inherited numerous porblems, and has to cope with traitors in congress.
