I think Harris is a fool, but what's false about that? In terms of a hot war, that's accurate. There hasn't been any major war fought in Europe since WWII. I guess Hannity's including the regional ethnic conflicts in Yugoslavia in the 90s? If so, then fair enough, although that conflict isn't really comparable to a proxy war between US and Russia.

For anyone outside Ukraine? Zero, Hannity. It will have zero effect, unless the US tries to force European countries to completely cut off all Russian energy exports. But that's a choice the US will have to make, not Russia.
