I would agree that the regular reminders of the Holocaust are annoying, partially because there are so many attrocities (where deaths were more than a few million) to remember, though we continue to hear mainly about only one of them. Harmon spoke against Trump and others who favor authortarianism in the US, which by any standard is wrong.

Wut?
I was born in the 80s. Trump was the first President in my lifetime to not start a new war. He literally ran on no more foreign adventurism. Even Obama couldn't manage that, and sent US troops and equipment into North Africa and the Middle East. Trump also spent a lot of time weakening federal power and ceding more power to the states. He's the opposite of an authoritarian.

Whereas that's the only thing I like about Trump that I liked (re. MAJOR wars, not the extensive military and Israel support), the military undustrial complex in the US did indeed continue the same projects that were in play under previous presidents since the 1940s. In fact, there wer numerous additional military engagements and abuses during the Trump presidency:

I totally agree with you there. The Syrian missile strike, where the media and the CIA tried to gas-lit Trump into attacking Assad (ostensibly to save the children from all the chemical weapons!) was not his best moment.
To this day, there's no evidence of an Assad gas attack on civilians, although every Democrat, and even a lot of Republicans, were 100% sure and demanded Trump invade Syria. It's like we've learned nothing over the last 20 years.
I'm just thankful all Trump was willing to do was fire a few missiles and didn't commit more forces like his advisors wanted.

A few million? Where are you getting your numbers from?

Genocides
Death tolls - not all of which are attrocities caused by humans

I see you've put a lot of time into your research by using such a credible source as Wikipedia. One quick glance at those numbers listed makes me laugh...in sadness of course.

It's strange how they separate the "Holocaust" from the "Polish Holocaust" even though both occurred in the same geographic region against the same Jewish minority.
Is one a subset of the other, or were 7 + 3 = 10 million Jews killed? If not, why list them separately?
