Biden has the Constitutional power to nominate anybody he wants. I'm sure that whoever he nominates will be qualified. I don't think congress should hold what Biden has said against her by not confirming her. If Biden had nominated her without saying anything then I wouldn't have a problem. But I have a huge problem with what he said. It is pandering to the worst degree and coming from a long time racist like him it is disgusting. His words reduce her to nothing but her vagina and her skin color. Imagine working hard all your life to go to law school and then being told by the president that you are nothing but your vagina.
