You mean legitimately? /s doesn't translate well in writing.

He was an oath keeper. Speculation is he was likely either an FBI agent or FBI paid informant/agitator.

There are multiple videos of him inciting violence or rioting.

I've heard from a few ppl that he was DHS, which was the reason after the FBI interviewed him, they pulled and scrubbed his BOLO from the internet and never charged him.
