Didn't Italian politician and porn star Cicciolina Ilona Staller suck dicks for votes? Kamala need to get busy. Fast.

Of course the GOP propaganda rag would state this, as they've spun this stuff for decades. The bigger question is: why did CNN post a negative poll? For all those on Saidit who are critical of the MSM, notice that CNN did something you'd never expect them to do. And of course Psaki has to pick up the pieces.

^ Imagine being so pathetic that you feel the need to try to defend Kamala Harris of all people

Is that what I did? Imagine being unable to understand words.

maybe she has low approval just because it's like with biden's low approval, due to the terrible economy and vaccine mandates.

Wait a minute: don't even blame the economic problems on Democrats or Biden. Look at how the GOP created the financial mess, tried to promote COVID as a hoax, and have since blocked almost all attempts to invest in the 99% and infrastructure, which passed only recently - 11 fucking months later.
[–][deleted] 2 insightful - 3 fun2 insightful - 2 fun3 insightful - 2 fun3 insightful - 3 fun - 2 years ago (6 children)
economy was great unnder Trump. Miss him yet? Why are they shutting down the ports, just for price gouging. If that happened during Trump sure blame him but I have a feeling he'd put a stop to it. Dems could have voted on infrastructure on day one. Why did they wait 11 months, can't blame it on repubs as they never were going to vote for it then or now. And now it's mostly just tax cuts from the rich, thanks repubs for not doing that, do you really think it will help the economy? Economic problems are hundred percent on Biden, buck stops there.

What are you smoking? The US economy took a huge dive under Twittler & GOP:
https://astorim.com/january-2021-update-on-the-u-s-economy/
The mismanagement of COVID was one of the leading causes of this hit on the economy. Income inequality increased. The GOP blocked attempts to correct the downward trends, while giving themselves tax cuts.

it was great, I go by my own eyes not official economy reports from MSM
Now you go into a store and see shortages and high prices, that is seeing the economy with my own eyes
Covid hurt things for a minute in like march 2020 but really everyone went back to life as normal after and there was no real lockdown. Wearing masks is annoying but can't really hurt the economy. Right now the poor economy is due to other factors.

economy was great unnder Trump.
16% unemployment during Spring 2020 under trump's command is doing "great"? lol!

it was 6.3% at the highest, and I always doubt official govt numbers. Walking around seeing houses sell the day they go on sale told me people were doing fine and had good jobs.

it was 6.3% at the highest
No it wasn't.
During the pandemic, the unemployment rate peaked at 14.8% in April 2020, the highest since BLS began tracking the figure in 1948.
Walking around seeing houses sell the day they go on sale told me people were doing fine and had good jobs.
What you see walking around is indicative of the entire country? How many states did you walk around in and see houses sell the same day?

yes it was
if economy is booming where I'm at it's really good in other places. Or it was anyway.

Socks. In your opinion, what is the most impressive thing Harris has accomplished?

Your question changes the subject of my comment. I don't know enough about Kamala to comment on her as a good or bad person. She's obviously smart and strategic, which can make one wonder why she's in politics. But her carreer progression is impressive, by any standard of that assessment (even if you don't like her, which you and others on Saidit most certainly don't, because we're not expected on Saidit to think about anything that's more than just the surface layer; I'm not even sure if I like her, because I don't know enough), so if I had to select impressive achievements, I'd note her approaches as DA and AG, discussed here. Even if she relied on teams of people to develop those reforms (and does not deserve all of the credit), her work on those specific issues is impressive.

Yeah you are, just pro dem posts all day. I get it, you bought into the media calling repubs nazis. Reagan was back in the 80s, why vote for repubs then but dems now, Reagan would be very against the current dem policies.

Popper - if I would really have to explain any of this, then it's unlikely that any of the explanation would be understood. (In terms of political policies or values or many other issues, Dems and Repuglicans are sometimes not opposites. There are also many who hate Repuglicans who are not Democrats. There is so much in-between these two parties, it doesn't bear explaining. And ask many users who mistakenly think that both parties are the same. The bottom line - in my view - is that one should support the 99%, at the expense of the 1%, and this is often the opposite approach of Repuglicans, and there are various traitor "Democrats" who are also supporting primariily the 1%. So you could call me "super pro 99%" but not necessarily "super pro Democtrat". But by having to explain this, I suspect I am perhaps still not understood. Saiditors in general seem not to appreciate nuance of any kind. Everything has to be dumbed-down to binaries. Rather grumpy I am today, obviously.)

could that grumpiness be due to not getting laid, that is actually the main problem with the economy, the brutal black pill is spreading. You see a labor shortage, shouldn't that be good for the economy, good old supply and demand, workers wages increasing due to a shortage of workers, well not if the higher wage is wiped out by even higher prices due to inflation, and inflation is up cuz of less goods due to the supply shortage, which all comes back to not enough dock workers or truck drivers, men are dropping out of the workforce because why bother if there is no chance of being rewarded with a good woman?
