Go Arkansas! It only has to do with provisional ballots, though, but it's a step in the right direction.

A cast ballot is not legitimate unless it's cast by an elligible citizen, which Democrats won't permit to be verified at the time and in the place the ballot is cast.

These things are clear as day.
