    Perhaps the answer is apparent when one sees the number of evangelical Republicans who've been caught with their boyfriends or child porn. They have to support the party line that "gays" are bad, and might even believe this, but the most outspoken of this group are men, and they probably wonder why they dream of sex with men. Outside of the church, and before Freud, (for thousands of years), bisexuality and other forms of sexuality were not so heavily criticized, even for those who were against it.
