Yes, though I think her main point is that the language used by her Republican colleagues to excuse the Capitol attackers sound a lot like the excuses made by abusers of women. Her main point is that there should be consequences for attacks on the Capitol and those who incited that specific violence on the Capitol building. Historically there have been consequences for attacks on the US, and those who actively put her and others in real danger should pay for their treason.
