I'd hope she has more explicit evidence than happening to not get the internship and being white. The first paragraph makes it sound like she's just assuming, and I'm not loading another 2 gig of ads to "read the full story". If I click on a link, it should take me to the full story, not a two sentence preview and hundreds of ads, asking me to click another link to read it.

Successful minorities get erased.
