This is a badly written article and I wonder how much of it is true. The president of Italy is Sergio Mattarella. Why has he 'reportedly' been arrested? Something like that would make headlines and there wouldn't be any doubt about it. I can't find any other source that states he's been arrested, so it probably isn't true.
