What proof do we have that this picture is actually what they are portraying it as? Could be a random picture being misrepresented. Would love a link to a more detailed source.

True, although that's a lot of USPS bins in that truck. If that is not being used for mail each one those boxes are still property of USPS and for each one the following penalty can apply: "Maximum penalty for theft or misuse of postal property -- $1,000 fine and three years imprisonment."

Also it's not true that a private vehicle delivering mail is against the law, it's allowed in some circumstances for instance RCA (Rural Carrier associates). So yea more information than just a picture is needed to draw a conclusion.

How do we know the boxes are property of usps? The picture is kind of grainy, there appears to be more than one size/shape of box, and they could just be regular boxes that don't belong to usps for all i can tell from the pic. And the biden bumper sticker could have also been photoshopped in easy.

If the statement about private vehicles delivering mail is not true, what else is potentially not true about the image?

Edit* two of those boxes do look like they say united states postal service. The rest of my comment still stands.

I just was commenting that what you said is true, I don't have context about that image. I only was commenting that in most instances it is a felony to have those mail bins. However, a private vehicle having mail is not always against the law, also instances like that neither would having those mail bins as it's no longer stolen or a misuse of federal property.

It is definitely not as it is being portrayed. See my other comment. It looks exactly like a small print shop bringing a bunch of election flyers to the post office after they finished them.
