This is misleading - you have to click through like twice to get the actual context for the quote. Also, she never said they were "white supremacist" concepts - she said that employees having to be seen as "reliable" and "loyal" by fickle, disloyal employers that would fire you at the drop of a hat is troubling, which is completely accurate.

Please provide better context for your posts next time, and try to find headlines with less editorializing.
