I saw the same thing but a Pakistani guy with a blonde and blue eyed girl.Its so weird how worried he was to be in the McDonald’s I was in the tone of his voice sounded worried.He asked her what she wanted and then they walked out of the store like nothing suspicious was going on.The child was definitely not his btw if she were mixed she’d be a lot darker.

It's part of their grooming. They basically take a child from care and spoil them with expensive gifts, clothes, meals out, etc. Even a Macdonalds may be more than these children have had in their lives. But then it escalates to alcohol and drugs, and then they are expected to 'repay' the generosity through sexual favours.
