No the same problems don't exist.
In the UK a trans boy (female) managed bully her school into letting her change with the boys and she got sexually assaulted.
And if a teenage girl gets pregnant in that situation that's her life over, a boy in that situation doesn't have that to worry about as well as everything else.
Why do you think things were separated by sex in the first place and do you think those reasons don't exist anymore?
