Nigga of course there is a lot of variation between populations, have you seen countries like india there are thousands of ethnic group there, or how about the US where their are 100s of different ethnic groups and those ethnic have also mixed with one another quite heavily. Different human populations were separated for 1000s of years and formed with different origins and yet we're told that we're all the same, it's fuking ridiculous

Nope. Variation due to ethnicity, race, etc. only comes out to 7% of our genetic differences. Read the article I linked, it seems you are really into this stuff, you'll probably like it.

I read they are talking about populations in the US and Brazil both countries have a large amount of miscegenation, mean the races have mixed together quite significantly, and any populations, like white and blacks that haven't mixed tend to have a significant genetic variation
