The Koch brothers are planning to spend about $400m in the 2018 election cycle to advance their conservative and libertarian agenda. Just one of their groups called Americans for Prosperity, has 500 paid staffers and nearly 3 million citizen activists nationwide.

I wish they would advance a libertarian agenda. It all seems like republican business as usual to me.

The brothers have chosen the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area of North Carolina, also called the Research Triangle, as the site of their pet project in education. The details are sparse, for me anyway, but apparently they want to change the entire educational system to fit their own, no doubt twisted, agenda.
