To an extent, I think it's justified. This is an issue of basic human decency. Should we force people to have more dangerous at-home births and risk babies or their mothers dying?

This is definitely frustrating from an economic point of view. The cost of medical care in the USA is ridiculous, which helps lead to these immigrants and very poor people having struggles and need assistance.

The most effective way to reduce this is to end birthright citizenship by illegal aliens.
