I didn't know Sanyo still made electronics. It was a good alternative to Sony back in the day when Sony made quality electronics in Japan.

I do something similar to go with Indian food but I fry some cumin seeds, turmeric and black pepper and coat the rice in to before cooking.

If you need a step 3 you have not done step 1 or 2 correctly.
