She does have lupus. Maybe it wasn't the clot shot? Still, never seen so many young people having these issues before.

Stroke is a major cause of morbidity, mortality, and disability in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Patients with SLE have a two-fold increase in the risk of stroke, with younger patients having an ever-higher risk (up to 10-fold). Stroke may be the presenting manifestation of lupus, and patients with SLE may suffer a stroke at a young age.

Don't get the shot if you have existing conditions. It even gives that as an official warning.
