The title is a lie. There is no seizure law. This is extremely stretched logic.
However, it is clear that the Biden administration is trying to bankrupt all the smaller landlords by illegally extending the eviction moratorium. The illegitimate president is effectively subverting the judicial branch. This is textbook tyranny. Things only go downhill from here.

There is no seizure law.
The current game plan of many governmental bodies is to bomb people with fines and other penalties, which can result in the loss of a property. I have read cases where people get fined amounts that are greater than the value of their property, which will result in their losing the property to the agency that issued the violation fines.
